SolarEdge Wi-Fi Troubleshooting Guide

If your SolarEdge HD-Wave inverter seems 'offline' or disconnected, the video below will guide you in reconnecting your SolarEdge Inverter Wi-Fi. Here are several steps to reconnect to the Wi-Fi network:



Here are several steps to reconnect to the Wi-Fi network:

1. Click "Inverter Communication" in the menu.



2. Refer to the steps above under "Connect to Your Inverter."

3. The status of your Wi-Fi connection should be ‘disconnected’. To connect to your Wi-Fi network, click “configure.



4. Select your preferred wireless network and insert a password, then click “join.”



You will now be connected to your Wi-Fi network. To confirm the connection is successful, click on “inverter communication” in the menu. Connect to the inverter and verify the status as S_OK.
