    The default password for the Jinko Wifi Dongle / JKS-WIFI-BI / Datalogger is "12345678". If you did a factory reset of use the default password to connect to the Datalogger.
  • Why can't I connect my Solar System to my Home Wifi?
    The most common reason is most Home Wifi routers operate on a 5 GHz frequency. However, most Solar Inverters still uses the 2.4GHz frequency, making it incompatible with your home router. To solve this you can: - Install 2.4 GHz Wifi Extender that acts as an intermediary - Go to your Router 's settings and turn-on the 2.4 GHz. Turning On the 2.4 GHz Option: 1. Go to the Admin Panel by Optus / Telstra: Open Your Browser > Type in "http://192.168.0.1." 2. Turn Off Band Steering (Below is an example we made for a customer with an Optus Router, adjust the steps accordingly based on your ISP / Modem Provider). 3. Connect your Solar to the 2.4GHz network (In this case my_wifi). Contact your ISP or Router provider for further information.
